对两个八字方针中“调整”的比较分析

A Comparative Study of Two Occasions of “Adjustment”in Two Eight-Word Guidelines

1961年和1979年,中共中央先后制定了两个以"调整"为核心的国民经济八字方针,为的是扭转"左"倾错误对经济工作造成的严重后果。尽管相距近20年,但调整的重心都是国民经济各部门的比例关系。虽然因所处的经济发展阶段不同,在调整的内容上还是有区别的,但在调整的过程中始终存在着为了思想统一、认识统一的论争。总的说来,两次国民经济的调整是成功的,对经济的恢复和发展起到了巨大的推动作用。

In 1961 and 1979, the central committee of CPC formulated two eight-word guidelines with ＂adjustment＂ at the core, aiming at correcting the wrongs of the left-leaning mistakes in economic construction. Although nearly 20 years apart, the focuses of the two occasions of adjustment were both set on the proportions of economic sectors. At different stages of economic development, the two occasions of adjustment had different contents. However, in both occasions, there were debates with the intention of unifying ideology and understanding. In general, the two occasions of adjusting national economy were successful contribution to the recovery and development of economic construction.
