The Influence of Cultural Creative Industry on Economic Development Under the Background of New Normal:Taking Fuzhou City as an Example

福州应主动适应经济发展的新常态,推动文化创意产业的发展,促进经济增长。福州市文化创意产业与经济增长的灰色关联度分析显示,与文化创意产业关联性最大的是第三产业,第二产业次之,关联度最低的为第一产业。福州市文化创意产业不仅促进了整体经济的发展,还能促进产业结构的优化升级。经济增长模型的实证分析表明,在知识产权范围内的专利申请这一文化创意要素对福州市经济增长的贡献远远高于报纸杂志等这类要素的贡献,科技水平和创新能力不仅能推动文化创意产业的发展,而且可以促进经济的平稳健康增长。

Under the background of new normal, Fuzhou should take the initiative to adapt to it, pmrmte the development of cultural creative industry and promote economic growth. Based on analysis of the grey correlation, the tertiary industry has the closest correlation with Fuzhou cultural creativity industry, then the second industry, and the prirmry industry is the last one. Fuzhou cultural creativity industry not only promotes economy development, but also pmrmtes the optirrfization and upgrading of industrial structure. The empirical analysis of economic growth rmdel shows the patent within intelectual property rights rmkes more contnbution on Fuzhou economic growth than the newspaper and rmgazine does. Technology and innovation pmrmtes the development of cultural creative industry, and also promotes stable economic growth
