分析了BRW400/31.5型乳化液泵的结构、工作原理,及常见故障和排除方法。
By analyzing the structural composition and operation principle of BRW400/31.5-type emulsion pump,the paper probes into its common malfunction,the characteristic and removal method of failures in crank axle and bearing liner, and summarizes the routine maintenance technology,which can guarantee the high-yield and high-efficiency production by providing technical reference for the routine maintenance and failure treatment of mining emulsion pump.
