树莓组培及其初代培养和分化影响因素的研究

Study on Factors Influencing the Rubus Corchorifolius Tissues Culture and Its Initial Culture and Differentiation

以树莓(Rubus Corchorifolius L.f)品种,秋福(Au-tumn Bliss)的幼嫩茎段为外植体进行组培快繁研究。结果表明:树莓茎段外植体的最佳消毒方案为75%乙醇30 s+0.1%升汞7 min,最适初代培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。

In this article,tissue culture and rapid propagation were studied with the tender stem segments of Rubus corchorifolius used as explants. The results showed that the best disinfection solution is 75% ethanol processing Rubus corchorifolius explants for 30 s and 0. 1% mercuric chloride processing it for 7 minutes,the optimum original culture medium is MS ＋ 6- BA 0. 5 mg / L ＋ NAA 0. 05 mg / L,the best proliferation medium is MS ＋ 6- BA 2. 0 mg / L ＋ NAA 0. 1 mg / L.
