2013年青岛市中心血站分散工作模式下职工手卫生依从性调查

Survey on hand hygiene compliance among the employees in scattered working mode,Qingdao city blood center,2013

目的通过对分散工作模式下提高手卫生依从性综合干预措施的探讨,促进医务人员对手卫生的重视,达到知信行改变。方法 2013年3月在青岛市中心血站采取综合干预措施对手卫生进行干预,选取有监控装置采血单元的医务人员为研究对象,比较干预前后手卫生依从性的变化。结果干预前:手卫生应洗手2 476人次,实际洗手1 330人次,依从率为53.47%;正确洗手724人次,正确率为54.44%。干预后:手卫生应洗手2 595人次,实际洗手2 137人次依从率82.35%;正确洗手1 947人次,正确率为91.11%。干预前后依从率和正确率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采取的综合干预措施显著提高了血站采血人员手卫生的依从率和正确率,达到手卫生知信行改变的目的。

Objective To strengthen the consciousness,the cognition,and the compliance of hand hygiene among medical staffs by exploring the comprehensive intervention measures in scattered working mode. Methods In March, 2013 ,hand hygiene was intervened by adopting comprehensive measures, and medical staffs working in monitoring environment were selected as research objects. The hand hygiene status of medical staff was observed and compared before and after the intervention. Results The total hand hygiene compliance rate was 53.47%（1 330 /2 476）before the intervention,the accuracy of hand hygiene was 54.44% （724/1 330）. After the intervention,the total hand hygiene compliance rate and the accuracy was 82.35%（2 137/2 595）and 91.11%（1 947/2 137） respectively. Conclusion The application of comprehensive intervention measures can effectively improve the compliance and the accuracy of hand hygiene, achieve the purpose of changing the cognition and the action of medical staff.
