摘要
目的探讨磷虾油对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法依据国食药监保化[2012]107号发布的《辅助降低血脂功能检验方法》,配置高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型,分别按0.167g/kg(体重)、0.333g/kg(体重)和1.00g/kg(体重)灌喂磷虾油,连续30d,测定大鼠血清中的总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平。结果 1.00g/kg剂量组总胆固醇(2.98±0.57mmol/L)低于模型对照组(3.71±0.56mmol/L)(P<0.01),甘油三酯(2.49±1.22mmol/L)低于模型对照组(4.78±1.36mmol/L)(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白(1.32±0.34mmol/L)低于模型对照组(1.74±0.46mmol/L)(P<0.05)。高密度脂蛋白(1.43±0.10mmol/L)低于模型对照组(1.39±0.21mmol/L)(P>0.05)。目的磷虾油对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂的作用。
Objective To study the effects of superba oil on serum lipid in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods According to No. 107 document Method for the assessment of assisting blood lipids reduction function issued by the State Food and Drug Administration in 2012,the model of hyperlipemia rats was established after feeding with high fat diet,then the rats were given doses of superba oil (0. 167,0. 333 and 1.00 g/kg, respectively) for 30 days. The contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high- density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined. Results Compared with the model control group(3.71±0.56 retool/L) ,the high dose group(1.00 g/ kg) could markedly decrease the content of TC(2. 98±0. 57 mmol/L, P 〈0.01). Compared with the model control group (4.78±1.36 mmol/L), the high dose group(1.00 g/kg) significantly reduced the content of TG(2.49± 1.22 mmol/L, P 〈0.01). Compared with the model control group(1.74±0.46 mmol/L) ,the LDL-C markedly decreased in the high dose group(1.32+0.34 mmol/L, P 〈0.05). The difference was not significant in HDL-C(1. 43± 0.10 mmol/L, P 〉0.05) when compared with the model control group(1.39±0.21 mmol/L) in hyperlipidemia rats( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The superba oil can reduce the serum lipids in hyperlipidemia rats.
