熏蒸药物浸泡及煎煮时间对药物浓度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析熏蒸药物煎煮时间对药物释放效应的影响,为临床护理人员提供熏蒸操作依据。方法将熏蒸药物按照不同的浸泡时间和煎煮时间分多次进行煎煮,以膝盖为切入点,分别测定并比较不同浸泡、煎煮的药物对部位性熏蒸药物的煎煮阶段性比重及蒸汽中收集液的药物成分浓度。结果浸泡30 min的熏蒸药物的煎煮阶段性比重较煎煮15 min组、煎煮20 min组、煎煮25 min组、煎煮35 min组高(P<0.05)。浸泡30 min,煎煮30 min组蒸汽中收集液的药物成分浓度均明显优于其他煎煮时间的熏蒸药物(P<0.05)。结论煎煮熏蒸药物时浸泡30 min,煎煮30 min,药物有效成分析出最佳,发挥最大的疗效,患者的膝盖疼痛等症状得到最大程度的改善。护理人员可参照此时间煎煮熏蒸药物。 Objective To study and analyze the influence of soaking and decocting time on drug concentration and to provide reference for effective medicine fumigation for clinical nursing staff. Methods Medicines were boiled according to different soaking and decocting time of several times. Taking knees as the breakthrough point, we detected and compared the components of drug concentration of collecting liquid medicine different soaking, decocting phase proportion on the site of the drug concentration and steam fumigation. Results After soaking for 30 minutes and decocting 30 minutes, fumigation medicine 's decocting stage specific gravity concentration and steam fumigation liquid component concentration were significantly better than the other decocting time( P0.05), all had statistical significance. Conclusion When soaked for 30 minutes and decocted 30 minutes, medicine can play a maximum effect for patients and it provides reference for nursing staff to boil drugs.
