枸杞化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Advances in Studies on Chemical Constituents in Lycium medicinal Plants and their Pharmacological Activities

枸杞属植物在我国药用历史悠久,宁夏枸杞的果实为中药枸杞子具有滋补肝肾,益精明目的作用,其根皮为中药地骨皮有凉血除蒸,清肺降火的功效。枸杞化学成分多样,主要含有生物碱类,黄酮类,多酚类等成分。为进一步了解枸杞化学成分,研究其药理活性物质基础,对其化学成分及药理活性等方面进行综述,可为枸杞进一步拓展应用提供参考。

Lycium has been used for a long time as China, has the effect of nourishing liver and kidney, and traditional Chinese medicines. Its fruit, called ＂Gouqizi＂ in the benefit shrewd eyes. While its root bark, named ＂Digu- pi＂, has the function of cooling blood except steamed and clearing lung decrease internal heat. Lycium has been re- portee with many kinds of effective compounds, such as alkaloids, tlavonoids, polyphenols. This review has classified and summarized the chemical constituents and their pharmacological activities.
