本文说明了测量不确定度重要性,介绍了测量不确定度的概念、表示方法和评定的基本步骤,通过查阅文献资料,对食品药品检验中不确定来源进行分析,并对测量不确定度在食品药品中的应用情况进行了总结概括。
The importance, the concept and the representation method and evaluation steps of measurement uncertainty were described in this paper. Based on consulting literature material, this paper summarize the sources and application of measurement uncertainty in the food and drug inspection.
