摘要
甘草次酸属五环三萜类化合物,是中药甘草的重要组分,具有广泛的生物活性。近年来,随着甘草次酸药理活性、临床应用及结构修饰等方面的研究不断深入,展现出广泛的应用前景。对甘草次酸的药理活性及结构修饰等的研究进展情况进行综述。
Glycyrrhetinic acid is belong to pentacyclic triterpene which is an important component of Chinese medicine glycyrrhiza with wide bioactivity. In recent years, with the incessant research of pharmacological activities, clinical application and structure modifiers, it show a broad prospect of application. This article gives a summary of the research progresses on pharmacological activities and structural modification of Glycyrrhetinic acid.
