摘要
目的研究自制的异硫氰酸苄酯包合物胃漂浮片的药代动力学,观察其缓释效果。方法本实验分体外和体内药代动力学研究,体外研究在模拟的人工胃液中的释放行为;体内药代动力学研究该胃漂浮片的血药浓度,拟合释药行为。结果药物的稳定性增加,药物的达峰时间延迟。结论制备的异硫氰酸苄酯包合物胃漂浮片的漂浮性能良好,且能达到缓释效果。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the pharmacokinetic of homemade benzyl isothiocyanate clathrate stom- ach buoyant tablets of the drug, to observe whether it has sustained release effect. METHODS The experiment was divided in vitro and in vivo pharmacokinetics of the drug research. In vitro drug release behavior was studied in a simulated artificial gastric juice;in vivo pharmacokinetic studies was to detect blood concentration, fitting release behavior. RESULTS The stability of the drug increased, the peak of drug was delay. CONCLUSION BITC clathrate stomach buoyant tablets prepared good floating performance, and can achieve sustained release effects.
