摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定芍草颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法 色谱柱为Megres-C18(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1m L·min-1。结果 芍药苷进样量在0.044~0.436μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率98.05%,RSD为0.93%(n=6)。结论 该方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于芍草颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in Shaocao Granules by HPLC. METHODS HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Megres C18 column with mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (14: 86) at the flow rate of 1.0mL ·min-1, and the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0. 044 -0. 4361μg (r = 0. 9999 ), the average recovery was 98.05 % , and the RSD was 0. 93 % ( n = 6 ). CONCLUSION The method is accurate, sensitive, and reproducible, and it can be used for quality control of Shaocao Granules.
