双氯芬酸钠乳膏微生物限度检查方法适用性试验的研究

Study on the Applicability Test of Microbial Limits Test of Diclofenac Sodium Cream

目的建立双氯芬酸钠乳膏的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用稀释法和常规法。结果与结论需氧菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数的计数采用供试品稀释法(供试液1∶100)测定,控制菌的检查采用常规法。

OBJECTIVE To establish microbial limit test for Diclofenac Sodium Cream. METHODS Dilution method and commom method was used. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Dilution method （Concentration of the test 1：100） was used for the total aerobic microbial count, total yeasts andmold count. The common method can be used for the test of control bacteria.
