药理学教师参与药学专业本科生导师制工作的实践与体会

Practice and Personal Experience of Pharmacology Teachers Participating in Undergraduate Tutorial System of Pharmacy Specialty

本科生导师制是推进医学生素质教育、培养创新能力的一种新型教育模式。文章从药理学系教师视角出发,阐述药学专业本科生导师制实施的基本情况以及成效等,并结合近年来实施导师制的实践分析了本科生导师制目前存在的一些问题,提出了自身的体会与思考,为进一步完善本科生导师制度提供经验与参考借鉴。

Undergraduate tutorial system is a new type of educational model to promote the quality education and innovation ability of medical students. From the perspective of pharmacology teachers, this article expounded the basic situation and effect of the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in Pharmacy Specialty, and analyzed some problems existing in this system according to the practice in recent years. Furthermore, some experience and were put forward in order to provide reference for its further improvement.
