摘要 针对联合水泵现行控制系统存在的问题,提出基于人机界面,采用PLC及变频器对泵机进行自动化控制的改造方案。采用循环任务分配算法,由PLC和变频器联合控制泵机运行,泵机间实现了任务的均衡分配,使系统及设备运行的安全级别极大提高,在节能降耗的同时,保障了企业生产用水安全。 In view of the problems existing in the current control system of the combined pump, based on the human machine interface, retrofit scheme of PLC and frequency converter to control pump are used automatically. By circle task allocation algorithm, controlled by PLC and frequency converter jointly, the balance of the task allocation among pumps is used the system and the security level of the equipment operation are greatly improved. At the same time with saving energy and reducing consumption, it ensures the safety of the enterprise production water.
