摘要
采用普通的打印纸作为衬底,在纸上用铅笔涂覆石墨材料。然后采用电沉积法在石墨上沉积聚苯胺材料,组成石墨/聚苯胺电极。分别用石墨电极及石墨/聚苯胺电极组装成超级电容,比较研究两种电容的电阻及电容特性,结果表明石墨/聚苯胺电极比石墨电极具有更小的电阻,电容量增加了3倍,达到234 m F·cm^(-2)(在电流密度为5 m A·cm^(-2))。
The common printing parer was used as substrate, and the graphite was coated on it by pencil-drawing. Then the polyaniline was deposited on graphite by electrodeposition method. Both the graphite electrodes and graphite/polyaniline electrodes were assembled as supercapacitors, respectively. The results showed that the resistance of graphite/polyaniline electrode was lower than that of graphite electrode, and the capacitance increased by three times to 234 mA·cm^-2 at a current density of 5 mA· cm^-2.
