摘要
目的 评价基于数字化平台的骨质疏松健康教育及运动指导的临床效果。方法 选取312例骨质疏松症患者,按照性别分层后随机分为研究组156例和对照组156例。研究组患者给予基于数字化平台的骨质疏松健康教育及运动指导干预,对照组于门诊常规随诊,随访期限1年。对比分析2组患者骨折发生率、活动和害怕跌倒量表评分、骨质疏松知识、依从性、骨密度。结果 研究组患者1年内骨折发生率(2.56%)显著低于对照组(11.54%)(χ^2=9.58,P=0.002)。随访1年时,研究组患者活动和害怕跌倒量表总评分和各维度评分都显著低于对照组(P=0.000),骨质疏松知识OKT分值显著高于对照组(t=25.70,P=0.000),服药依从性显著优于对照组(Z=-6.14,P=0.000),男性和女性腰椎(L1-4)及股骨颈骨密度显著高于对照组(P〈0.001)。结论 基于数字化平台的健康教育及运动指导方法切实有效,可以使患者更好的掌握骨质疏松知识,提高服药依从性,增强活动能力、减小害怕跌倒程度、降低跌倒风险。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of osteoporosis health education and movement instruction based on the digital platform. Methods A total of 312 osteoporosis patients were collected and randomly assigned to research group (n = 156) and control group (n = 156). The research group was given the osteoporosis health education and movement instruction based on the digital platform, while the control group was given follow-up. The follow-up lasted 1 year. The fracture rate, survey of activities and fear of falling in the SAFFE, osteoporosis knowledge (OKT) , medication compliance and bone mineral density (BMD) were analyzed between two groups. Results The fracture rate within one-year follow-up of research group (2.56%) was significantly lower than that of control group ( 11.54% ) (χ^2 = 9.58, P = 0. 002). After one-year intervention, the total and each domain of SAFFE scores of research group were significantly lower than those of control group (P = 0. 000). The OKT score of research group was significantly higher than that of control group (t = 25.70, P = 0.000). The medication compliance of research group was significantly better than that of control group (Z = -6.14, P =0. 000). The BMD of lumbar spine (L1-4) and femoral neck in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion The osteoporosis health education and movement instruction based on the digital platform is an effective method for treatment of osteoporosis patients, and it can reduce fracture rate, alleviate fear of falling and risk of falling, enhance knowledge of osteoporosis, improve medication compliance, BMD and movement function.
