辣椒应用农残降解剂的降解效应研究

Effects of Degradation Agent on Pesticide Residue of Hot Pepper

为了降低辣椒的农药残留,引进北京绿色太阳零农残研究院研制的一种酶制剂进行研究。结果表明:酶制剂对多数农药成分具有较好的降解效果,但不同的农药成分存在差异,且以300倍液喷施效果较好;对腐霉利的降解效应较差。

To decline down the pesticide residue on hot pepper,enzyme preparation from Beijing Academy of Green Sunny Zero Pesticide Residue was applied on hot pepper.The results showed that there is great effect of the enzyme preparation on many pesticides,but there is difference among different pesticides,the concentration of enzyme preparation at 1 /300 showed better effect.But there is not obviously degrade effect on procymidone.
