摘要
摘要目的:通过测量身高、体质量、围度和皮褶厚度等指标,建立评估藏族男性青少年体脂含量(BF%)的多元线性回归方程。方法:选择拉萨市10~19岁藏族男性青少年共532人,手动测量各项指标,并利用生物电抗阻分析法测量出受试者的体脂含量,结合所测指标建立方程。结果:藏族男性青少年体脂含量回归方程分别为,BF%(10-13岁)=19.119+0.536×体质量(k)+0.235×腹部皮褶(mm)-0.207×身高(cm)+0.267X肩胛下皮褶(ram),BF%(14~16岁)=54.841+0.350×腋中皮褶(nlm)-3.761x年龄(y)+0.273×体质量(kg),BF%(17~19岁)=-17.553+0.351×体质量(妇)+0.131×腹部皮褶(ram)+0.374×肱二头肌皮褶(ram)+0.090×腰围(cm)。结论:经验证所建方程可靠,可为评估藏族男性青少年体脂含量提供参考。
Objective: This multiple linear regression equation was established by measuring height, weight, circumference and skinfold thickness and other indicators to assess the body fat percentage(BF%) in male Tibetan adolescents. Methods.. 532 male adolescents of Tibetan nationality aged 10-19 in Lhasa were selected to measure their height, biceps skinfold thickness, triceps skinfold thickness, subscapular skinfold thickness and suprailiac skinfold thickness and their body fat percentage was calculated by bioelectrical impedance analysis. The regression equation was established on the basis of the index above. Data were analysed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results : Equations for males: BF% ( 10 y-13 y) = 19. 119 + 0. 536 × weight (kg) + 0. 235 × abdominal skinfold(mm) -0. 207× height (cm) + 0. 267 × subseapular skinfold (mm), BF% (14y-16y) = 54. 841 + 0. 350 ×mid-axillary skinfold(tuna) - 3. 761 × age(y) +0. 273 〉4 weight (kg), BF% ( 17 y-19 y) =- 17. 553 +0. 351 )4 weight ( kg ) + 0. 131 × abdominal skinfold (mm) + 0.374 × biceps skinfold (ram) + 0.090 × waist circ umfe rence (cm). Conclusion : The multiplelinear regression equation can serve as reliable reference to assess the body fat percentage of Tibetan adolescents.
