摘要
目的:探讨Ag掺杂的ZnO的光催化活性。方法:采用直接沉淀法制备不同掺Ag比例的ZnO催化剂(Ag-ZnO),通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射谱(UV-Vis DRS)、荧光光谱(PL)对产物进行表征。以罗丹明B为模型污染物,1 000 W碘钨灯为光源,考察Ag的不同掺杂量对ZnO的光催化活性的影响。结果:适量Ag掺杂到ZnO中能提高ZnO的光催化活性,其中x=2%和x=6%(Ag与ZnO的摩尔比)的Ag-ZnO具有最高的光催化活性,Ag-ZnO的活性光谱范围为λ<400 nm。结论:Ag能提高ZnO的光催化活性,但不能改变ZnO的活性光谱范围。
Objective: To explore the photocatalytic activity of Ag-doped zinc oxide, Methods: Ag doped ZnO (Ag-ZnO) with different Ag molar content was prepared by direct precipitation method. XRD, XPS, TEM, UV-Vis DRS, and PL were used to characterize the products. When Rhodamine B (RhB) was selected as the model contaminant, 1 000 W halogen lamp as light source, the effects of different amount of Ag-doped on the photoeatalytic activities of ZnO were explored. Resulls~ Photoeatalytic activity of ZnO was enhanced when appropriate amount of Ag was doped into ZnO. The optimum amount of doped-Ag are x = 2% and x = 6%. Ag-ZnO with the optimal Ag-doped amount showed the highest photoeatalytic activity, and the active spectral range is λ〈 400 nm. Conclusion: Ag can improve the photocatalytic activity of ZnO, while cannot change the active spectral range of ZnO.
