不同磷处理对白桦幼苗生物量与氮磷浓度的影响

摘要 以1年生白桦苗木为试验材料,在全自动温室内进行砂培试验,探讨了4种不同磷素浓度(0.125、0.5、1.0、2.0mmol/L)处理对白桦幼苗生物量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及根、茎、叶氮磷分配的影响。结果表明:(1)不同磷处理对白桦幼苗总生物量的影响显著,在正常供磷水平下达最大;(2)P_(2.0)水平下叶绿素a、b、a+b及类胡萝卜素含量比P_(0.125)增加了43.1%、46.0%、44.7%和42.4%,可溶性蛋白含量在供磷水平为1.0mmol/L时最高;(3)不同磷处理对幼苗各器官全磷含量影响差异显著,吸收的磷素主要分配到了幼苗的叶片部分,但对全氮含量影响不显著。 In order to investigate the birch seedlings of sand culture test in automatic greenhouse, discusses 4 kinds of different phosphorus treatments on the biomass, chlorophyll content, protein content ,nitrogen and phosphorus con- centration in roots, stems and leaves of one-year-old Betula platyphylla seedlings were studied by sand culture in automatic greenhouse. The result showed that P supply could significantly increase the seedlings biomass. The total biomass was highest in normal nitrogen level. The content of chlorophyll a , b, a ^-b and carotenoid increased by 43.1%,46.0%,44.7% and 42.4% respectively in P2.0 than P0.125. The soluble protein content was highest when supplied with 1.0mmol L-1 levels of phosphorus. Different'phosphorus treatments have significant effect on total phosphorus content of different organs. The phosphorus was mainly allocated to the leaves of the seedlings. The different phosphorus treatment made little sense of the carbon and nitrogen accumulation.
