摘要
为了解决普通碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土构件的缺陷,提高碳纤维布的强度利用率,针对工程需要研制出一套简单轻便、造价合理的新型碳纤维布锚具。文章详细介绍了试验的材料性能、试验装置、锚具锚固碳纤维布的具体操作步骤和锚具的构造特点。通过多次对碳纤维布锚具的夹持能力进行张拉试验,发现新型锚具可以使碳纤维布发挥出80%的强度,满足实际工程的需要。
To solve the fault of RC component strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) sheets, to improve the rate of utili- zation of strength of CFRP sheets, a new CFRP anchorage which is simple, portable, economical and practical is developed according to engineering needs. The thesis introduces the characteristic of materials, the experimental device, the experimental procedure and the structural feature of the anchorage. By the anchorage- tension system, the test result indicates that the new anchorage makes the CFRP diplay eighty pereent of strength, which is satisfied the needs of the engineering.
