高层建筑中隔震与防屈曲耗能支撑技术适用性相关问题探讨

摘要 在同一栋框架剪力墙建筑上分别采用防屈曲支撑体系和基础隔震体系,对比研究了这两种体系对框架剪力墙结构上的基底剪力与最大加速度减震能力,最后综合两种结构体系的减震能力、结构特点、施工效率、经济指标等,归纳出两种体系的特点及适用范围。 Based on the background of high - rise building, this article aims at the base - isolated technology and the buckling - restrained braces technology. Finally researches their respective technical characteristics, economic indicators, construction schedule, scope of appli- cation and other related problems. This thesis has the following several part : Buckling - restrained braces system and base - isolated system were respectively used on the same building of frame shear structure. Comparing the damping performance of two systems on the frame shear , synthesizes damping capacity, structure features, the construction efficiency, and the economic indicators of two structure systems, and finally sums up the characteristics of two structure system and the applicable building type.
