强化工程施工项目管理有效对策

在经济迅速发展的环境下,我国的工程业也取得了较大的进步。与此同时,社会对于工程施工项目的管理也提出了更高的标准以及要求。在项目施工领域,项目质量不仅可以给企业树立良好的信誉,同时也可以给企业带来更高的经济效益。因此,强化工程施工项目管理,是工程企业发展的重要内容。鉴于此,文章结合理论与实践,对工程施工项目管理的内容进行系统化的梳理,然后对当前工程施工项目管理中存在的问题进行研究分析,最后提出几点强化管理的对策。

At the same time, social management of engineering construction projects are also put forward higher standards and requirements. In the field of project construction, project quality can not only to the enterprise to set up good reputation, at the same time also can bring more economic benefits. Therefore, strengthening the management of engineering construction project, is the important content of engineering enterprise development. In view of this, combining with the theory and practice, to comb systematically the engineering construction project management content, and then to the current problems existing in the engineering construction project management of research analysis ,finally put forward the coun- termeasures of strengthening management.
