关于“静压预制钉桩挡土墙”的设计设想 被引量:1

摘要 在现实的工程设计中,挡土墙的设计经常会遇到基础为软土地基,通常做法是先对软基进行处理以满足地基承载力和滑移稳定验算的要求。静压预制钉桩挡土墙的设计设想主要是考虑无需对软基进行处理的情况下修建挡土墙。其设想是:挡土墙由预制挡土墙墙身和静压桩组成,在预制挡土墙墙身安装就位时,挡土墙墙背土压力没有加载,挡土墙墙身自重不大,对地基承载力要求不高。当预制静压桩与挡土墙墙身通过后浇混凝土连成整体后,挡土墙墙背土压力产生的水平力和竖向力部分由桩基承担,使挡土墙地基承载力和滑移稳定满足规范要求。经模拟工程计算,采用预制钉桩挡土墙设计设想计算各项指标能满足规范要求。 In practical engineering design, the design of retaining walls often meets the foundation of soft soil foundation, the usual practice is to dispose the soft soil foundation first to satisfy the requirements of the foundation bearing capacity and the sliding check stability. The design idea of static pressured precast screw pile retaining walls is that there is no need to dispose soft soil foundation when building retaining wails. The idea is: retaining walls made of prefabricated wall body and static pressure piles, in precast wall body installation, soil pressure behind the wall is not loaded, the wall body' s weight is small, the requirements of the foundation bearing capacity is low. When the static pressure precast piles and retaining wall body are connected as a whole through post poured concrete, horizontal force and vertical force of soil pressure behind the wall borne by pile foundation, then the retaining wall foundation' s bearing capacity and slip stability can satisfy the requirements of specification. According to engineering simulation calculation, all indexes of static pressure precast screw pile retaining walls meet the specification requirements.
