长链非编码RNA在甲状腺癌中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 长链非编码RNA(10ngnoncodingRNA,1ncRNA)是一组长度大于200个核苷酸、缺少完整的开放阅读框、无蛋白质编码功能的RNA,在机体发育代谢过程中发挥重要作用。TC是内分泌系统最常见肿瘤,且有报道lncRNA与TC的发生发展相关。本文结合国内外最新报道,对lncRNA在TC中的研究进展做一综述,以期为TC的分子诊断和治疗提供新的思路。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is non-protein coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides, which plays an important role in the development of the metabolic process. Thyroid cancer is the most common cancer of the endocrine system, and as reported, lneRNA is related to the occurrence and development of thyroid tumors. Therefore, this paper reports the latest domestic and foreign research progress about lncRNA in thyroid tumor, in order to provide new ideas for molecular diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.
