HLA-G基因转录因子的生物信息学分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析人白细胞抗原-G(HLA-G)基因的转录调控因子。方法利用生物信息学技术,从UCSC基因组数据库获取HLA-G基因的启动子区序列,登陆JASPAR数据库,在线预测HLA-G基因的转录调控因子,将得分阈值设定为≥95%并对涉及的转录因子进行分析。结果成功获得了长度为2 kb的HLA-G基因启动子区序列。该启动子区涉及11个家族22种转录因子,其中8个转录因子家族的生物学功能涉及胚胎发育,4个转录因子家族的生物学功能涉及免疫阻遏、免疫耐受。结论 HLA-G基因的表达调控是多种转录因子作用的复杂网络过程。HLA-G转录因子在调控胚胎发育、诱导免疫耐受等过程中具有重要作用。
