摘要
采用Meta分析法,在对54篇实证研究文献进行定量综合分析基础上,探讨领导风格对企业创新的影响,并深入分析组织属性在其中的调节作用。研究结果表明,首先,变革型领导在对个体、团队和组织创新的影响上都要显著于交易型领导,且在组织创新中表现最优;其次,领导风格与企业创新关系受到组织属性的影响,国有企业背景下交易型领导对企业创新的影响更显著,非国有企业背景下变革型领导对企业创新的影响更显著。
The meta-analysis method is used to discuss the relationship between leadership style and the enterprise innova- tion. Based on the integrated results of 54 empirical researches,it's shown that : transformational leadership has the stronger effect on each level of innovation than transactional leadership, especially on organization innovation. Then it also turns out that the organizational property moderates the relationship between leadership style and the enterprise innovation;transac- tional leadership performs better in the state-owned enterprises;transformational leadership has stronger effect in the non- state-owned enterprises.
