斜切分段短壁工作面顶板预裂爆破方案研究及应用

摘要 针对急倾斜A3煤层伪斜布置的短壁工作面11A3E11顶板不易垮落,引发采空区遗留煤自燃、有毒有害气体积聚等安全隐患。为消除悬顶的影响,针对现场实际情况对比分析选择顶板预裂爆破方案,工作面切眼前方50 m采用初次放顶,之后循环放顶直至停采线,在现场实施中得到了适合此短壁工作面特定顶板预裂爆破的相应参数,包括了:钻机的型号;初次放顶和循环放顶爆破的装药量、封孔长度、钻孔倾角及爆破处理高度等。通过钻孔窥视、采空区风速测定、工作面回采跨落情形及液压支架阻力变化验证了顶板爆破的良好效果,保证了工作面的安全回采。 The roof of llA3EI 1 short wall work face of oblique segmentation section at steep A3 coal seam is not easy to fall, causing remaining coal spontaneous combustion and toxic and harmful gases accumulation in the goal. In order to reduce the influence of overhang, we chose roof pre-splitting blasting scheme by comparison analysis based on the mine situation, which took first caving for roof ahead of 50 m of working face, and then carries out the loop caving until the stop line. Roof pre-splitting blasting parameters are got for the short wall by practical application, including: the type of drill, and explosive payload, hole sealing length, dip angle of hole and Through drilling peep, anemometry in goaf, situation blasting height for first caving and loop caving. of roof failing, and change in hydraulic support resistance, the good results of roof blasting have been verified to ensure the safety mining of working face
