高校学报评审专家数据库管理系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of the database management system of university journal evaluation expert

针对部分高校学报对审稿人的信息管理不够完善,并且难以系统维护专家数据库,不能及时获取专家的相关信息而导致影响稿件正常审阅工作的问题,文中提出了基于Web平台的高校学报评审专家数据库管理系统的架构,设计开发了专家信息数据库管理系统的管理功能、查询功能和维护功能模块。同时,研究提出了主要功能模块在SQL Server数据库平台和C#语言支持下的实现方法。该系统可实现编辑部的资源共享,有助于编辑在较短的时间内准确、快捷、方便地找到合适的审稿专家,确保期刊的学术质量。

Information management of the reviewers is not perfect for some college journals, and it is dif- ficult to maintain the expert database, and can not be timely access to expert information and lead to af- fect the manuscript normal review. Evaluation expert database management system for college journal is proposed based on Web platform. The modules of management, inquiry and mainfenance for the manage- ment are developed. At the same time the realization method of the main function module by the support of Server SQL database platform and C# language is put forward. The system can realize the resource sha- ring of the editorial department, and is helpful for editors to find the appropriate reviewers accurately, conveniently and quickly in a short time, so as to ensure the academic quality of the journals.
