化疗对晚期胃癌凝血功能的影响

Effect of Chemotherapy on Coagulation Function in Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的：探讨TS方案（力朴素＋替吉奥）对晚期胃癌患者凝血功能的影响及临床意义。方法对照分析34例晚期胃癌患者化疗前后、50例早期胃癌患者和50名健康体检者的活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、凝血酶时间（TT）、D-二聚体（D-D）和纤维蛋白原降解产物（FDP）。结果早期胃癌组的APTT、PT、D-D、FDP明显高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义；晚期胃癌组的FIB、D-D、FDP较早期胃癌组明显升高；晚期胃癌组患者化疗后的APTT、PT、TT、FIB、D-D、FDP相比化疗前均有显著降低，差异有统计学意义。结论晚期胃癌患者普遍存在凝血功能的异常，而TS方案化疗可有效改善晚期胃癌患者的凝血功能。

Objective To investigate the TS regimen （paclitaxel liposome for injection ＋ S-1） of patients with advanced gastric cancer and its clinical signiifcance.Methods Comparative analysis of 34 patients before and after chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer and 50 cases of early gastric cancer patients and 50 healthy subjects of the activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, prothrombin time （PT）, ifbrinogen （FIB）, thrombin time （TT）, two D-dimer （D-D） and ifbrinogen degradation products （FDP）.ResultsAPTT, PT, D-D and FDP in early gastric cancer group were signiifcantly higher than those in healthy control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant; the D-D, FDP and FIB in the advanced gastric cancer group were signiifcantly higher than the early gastric cancer; the APTT, PT, TT, FIB, D-D and FDP were signiifcantly lower in patients with advanced gastric cancer after chemotherapy, the difference was statistically signiifcant.Conclusion There is an abnormal coagulation function in patients with advanced gastric cancer, and TS regimen chemotherapy can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
