摘要 随着城市建设的不断推进,燃气管线从简单、低密度的分布形式发展到现有错综复杂的高密度管线网络.然而目前对城市燃气管网的管理工作存在着信息化程度低、应急处理能力有限和巡检效率低等问题.针对这些问题,通过分析燃气公司的业务需求,根据Web GIS和移动GIS的特点,提出了构建Web GIS与移动GIS一体化的城市燃气应急辅助与移动巡检系统. With the development of urban construction,gas pipeline has evolved from a state of simple and low-density distribution to the current high-density complex network. The management of gas pipeline has however such shortcomings as low level of info-tech,deficient emergency response and low patrol efficiency. Targeting at these problems,by analyzing the gas company's operational needs,this paper lays out the design of an urban gas emergency aid and mobile patrol system based on Web GIS and mobile GIS. Dongfeng( Shiyan) Gas Company taken as an example,this paper lays out the implementation of info-tech based management of gas pipeline in Shiyan city and such functions as real-time monitoring with SCADA system,pipe burst analysis and mobile patrol.
