摘要
以参加某大学组织师资培训的54名骨干教师学员(简称学员)为研究对象,通过问卷调查和审阅学员的心得体会内容,分析其对培训后效果的评价,探讨问题情境学习的培训模式在高校师资培训可行性.研究结果显示,教学知识和技能接受程度正向评价大于负向评价,认为该模式能够有效衔接教学理论与实际,改变教学观念和方法,强化教学实践应用,提高教学问题解决能力等;培训方式正向评价大于负向评价.正向评价认为改变教室互动模式,提供更多的参与机会、解决问题体现出团队合作性、过程突出培养学员解决而难题能力和技巧等.负向评价则认为对培训存在疑惑,主要体现在目标不明确、时间压力和学员合作等问题.
A study is conducted on the basis of 54 mainstay teacher trainees as subjects. By questionnaire survey and looking into their written reviews,this study analyzes their evaluation responses about the effectiveness of training and discusses the feasibility of applying problem situation learning model in college teaching training. The results indicate that: on acquisition of knowledge and skill,positive responses are more significant than negative ones,which indicates the learning model under discussion can effectively join together theory and practice,adjust teaching concepts and methods,improve teaching practice and raise problem solving ability; on training approach,positive responses are more significant than negative ones; the positive responses hold that modified interaction can provide more participation chances,problem solving enhances teamwork and related ability and skills; negative responses have doubts about the clarity of training objectives,time pressure,trainee teamwork and etc.
