矿山尾矿库多技术融合安全监测运用研究 被引量:18

摘要 为解决当前国内尾矿库安全监测效率低、危险评价难以量化等实际问题,以尾矿库日常安全监管工作需求为切入口,率先结合高分遥感、无人机航拍以及三维激光扫描等技术,从天地一体化的观测角度对尾矿库进行病害监测分析,开展尾矿库溃决泥石流灾害数值模拟,实现尾矿库监测-评价-预防系统性的安全量化评估,建立多技术融合的矿山尾矿库安全监测及危险评价技术体系;并通过攀枝花万年沟尾矿库进行实证分析,验证矿山尾矿库多技术融合安全监测方法的有效性。结果表明,用该技术手段能够提高矿山尾矿库安全监测效率。 For the sake of solving some practical problems in tailing pond's safety management work, such as low efficiency, difficult quantization, and so on, based on the normal requirement of tailing pond safety work, remote sensing, aerial drones and 3D laser scanning were used to monitor and analyze tailings pond's safety status from the view of heaven and earth. On the basis of this work, a numerical simulation was carriedout for clam collapse caused tailings disasters. A systemic quantitative safety evaluation method was worked out for tailing pond based on multiple technology fusion involving monitoring, analysis and evaluation. The method was applied to the Wanniangou tailing pond in Panzhihua. The resuts show that the method can be used to improve efficiency of safety management of tailings ponds.
