摘要
为了构建水稻根系生长动态模拟模型,实现根系可视化仿真,以淦鑫203作为实验材料,设计"根箱法"试验,分析水稻根系形态特征与生长特性。根据水稻根系形态结构具有自相似性的特点,基于逻辑斯谛方程提取水稻根系生长规则,设计了水稻根系L-系统,并采用Visual C++6.0和OpenGL标准图形库,实现了水稻根系生长的三维可视化模拟。检验结果表明,该模型可以很好地模拟水稻根系连续生长的效果,同时也有助于为其他作物根系的可视化研究提供参考。
To build the dynamic simulation model for rice root growth and to achieve visualization of the root system,this paper uses Ganxin203 as experimental material,and analyses morphological features and growth characteristics of rice root by"root box"experiments.According to the morphological structure characteristic of self-similarity of rice root,using logistic equation analyses of the rice root growth rule,this article designs the L-system of rice root system and in visual C++ 6.0using OpenGL technology to achieve the 3Dvisual simulation of rice root.The results show that the model behaves well to express the continue growing of rice root,and provides references for visualization studies in other crops.
