摘要 为了满足微环境检测的教学与科研工作需要,搭建了微电极技术的微环境分析实验平台。综合论述了目前实际应用于环境分析实验中的微电极的检测原理,介绍了该平台中DO、N2O、ORP、pH、NH+4、NO-3、NO-2等微电极的制造和测定方法。对微电极平台在环境分析实验中的应用作了详细的论述。 In order to meet the needs of teaching and scientific research in micro environment detection,the micro-environmental experimental platform has been built by using microelectrode technology.The principle of practical application in environmental analysis experiment applying microelectrode detection is comprehensively discussed,and the manufacturing and measuring methods of DO,N2 O,ORP,pH,NH+4,NO3^-,and NO2^-microelectrodes are introduced.The microelectrode platform in environmental analysis and application of experiment is made in detail,and the prospect for the future application and development is also forecasted.
