摘要 应用Carr指数法对高炉喷吹煤粉的松装密度、振实密度、压缩率、自然坡角、板勺角、均匀度、崩溃角、差角、分散度的测定进行分析。对照Carr流动指数表及喷流指数表,对该煤种喷吹性能进行合理的分析。Carr指数法补充了安息角测量的不足,使高炉喷吹煤粉的流动性及喷流性的模拟更加科学合理。通过Carr指数法分析,煤粉的流动特性与煤粉变质程度正相关,煤粉喷流特性与煤粉变质程度负相关。 The Carr method is used to determine the following index for blast furnace pulverized coal injection flowability parameters:bulk density,tapped density,compression rate,natural slope angle,plate spoon corner,evenly,crash point,poor angle,and dispersion.It was analyzed to different coal flowability characteristics by reference to Carr index table.The Carr index method is a complement to the rest angle method,making the experiment in laboratory of pulverized coal injection more scientific and reasonable.The pulverized coal flowability characteristic is associated with metamorphic grade of coal powder by Carr index.However,it is just the opposite in the jetflow.
