摘要 针对目前数控系统实验教学以学生编写算法为主,缺少电气电路设计和设备操作训练等工程实践内容的问题,设计了开放式数控系统实验装置,并对实验教学内容和方法进行研究与改进。该实验装置包括控制器、可编程逻辑控制、伺服驱动器、执行机构和实验教学软件等。实验装置采用开放式和模块化设计方法,丰富了控制方案和实验内容,也利于电气设备升级换代。实践结果表明,该实验装置对课程设计、毕业设计等集中实践环节提供了更多的综合实验内容,也为学生在先进控制算法的创新研究提供实验环境。 Aiming at that the present CNC control system experimental teaching always includes algorithm writing,lack of electrical circuit design,equipment operation training of engineering practice,the open CNC control system experimental device is designed,and the experimental teaching content and methods are studied and improved.The experimental apparatus includes controller,programmable logic control,servo drive,actuators and experimental teaching software.The experimental apparatus adopts the open and modular design method,and the control solutions and experimental teaching contents are enriched,it is also conducive to the upgrading of electrical equipment.Practice results show that the experimental device can complete course experimental teaching of CNC control technology and provide more comprehensive experimental contents for the concentrated practice such as curriculum design,graduation design,also can provide the experimental environment for the students in the innovation advanced control algorithm research.
