综合性大学电子设计竞赛组织训练体系的构建

Construction of organization and training system of electronic design competition for college students in comprehensive universities

相比于工科类高校,综合性大学普遍存在对全国大学生电子设计竞赛重视程度不高和参赛成绩不佳的现象。结合南京大学自身的特点,针对学校、教师和学生3个层面存在的问题,采取有针对性的破解举措,逐步构建了完整的电子设计竞赛组织训练体系。在连续3年的竞赛实践中取得了良好的效果,学校参赛成绩呈快速上升态势,并在2015年全国大学生电子设计竞赛中跃居全国前列。实践结果很好地验证了这一竞赛组织训练体系的有效性,对其他参赛高校,特别是综合性、研究型高校具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。

Compared to engineering universities,less attention is paid to the event in most of comprehensive universities and therefore poor performance exists.Combined with the characteristics of Nanjing University,problems in the school,teachers and students are pointed out and then targeted measures are taken to solve those problems,and gradually a complete electronic design competition organization and training system is set up.In the three consecutive years of competition practice,good results have been achieved,the students showed a rapid rise in performance and in 2015 the National College Student Electronic Design Contest,the overall performance of Nanjing University is among the best.The result of practice has verified the effectiveness of the organization and training system of the competition,and it has general enlightenment and reference for other participating universities,especially comprehensive universities and research universities.
