Taking the construction of the university teachers＇ teaching skills training center of Lingnan Normal College as an example,this paper expounds on the talent training quality under the background of the construction of the target,platform specific application,experimental result and characteristics,puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions to the existing problems in the construction of the center,promotes the teachers＇ teaching practical ability to enhance and promote the talent training quality,and enhances the competition ability of the basic education of normal college students.
