摘要
研究利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取神香草精油的工艺,分析了液固比、Mg SO4浓度、提取时间对精油得率和品质的影响,通过正交试验确定最佳工艺条件,各因素对神香草精油得率影响程度是:Mg SO4浓度>提取时间>液固比。优化的工艺条件为液固比15∶1(m L/g)、Mg SO4浓度10 g/L、提取时间2 h,神香草精油得率为0.688%。
This article studied the technology extracted by hydro-distillation of essential oil of hyssop,liquidsolid ratio,Mg SO4 concentration,the effect of extraction time on essential oil yield and quality,the best process condition was determined by orthogonal test,the factors of hyssopus officinalis essential oil yield effect was:MgSO4concentration extraction time ratio of liquid to solid. Optimization of process conditions for the liquid to solid ratio 15 ∶ 1(m L/g),Mg SO4 concentration 10 g/L,extraction time 2 h,hyssopus officinalis essential oil yield was 0.688 %.
