摘要
采用均匀设计法,选用U6(6^4)均匀设计试验对红景天苷提取工艺进行优选,采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,以红景天苷得率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、浸渍时间、提取时间对红景天苷含量的影响。结果表明红景天苷的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为60%,料液比1∶5(g/m L),提取时间为3 h。
The extraction process of Salidroside was assayed by U6(6^4)uniform design test to investigate the optimal extraction process. Taking the content of Salidroside measured by UV spectroscopy as index,the influence of ethanol concentration,liquid ratio,extraction time on the the content of Salidroside were determined. Results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:the concentration of ethanol was 60 %,liquid ratio of1 ∶ 5(g/m L),and extract time was 3 hours.
