摘要
大米样品经过干法消解,可用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定其中的铅、镉和铬的含量。通过对干法消解中灰化时间、灰化温度、消解试剂等因素进行探讨和优化,确定一次干法消解即可连续测定大米中铅、镉和铬3种重金属含量。经过验证,该方法准确、可靠。
The content of plumbum,cadmium and chromium in rice had been determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry after dry digestion. Through discussing and optimizing factors in dry digestion process such as ashing temperature,ashing time and digestion reagents,a reliable pretreatment method for quantitative analysis of plumbum,cadmium and chromium in rice had been established. After verification,the method is accurate and reliable.
