摘要
为加强食品科学与工程专业建设,以安徽科技学院食品科学与工程为例,从人才培养方案制定、课程建设、实践教学、科研与学科建设及教学团队和校企合作等方面阐述了基于专业认证方向的食品科学与工程专业建设问题。对食品科学与工程专业学生实践能力、创新意识和综合素质等应用型人才的培养进行探索,为食品科学与工程专业建设和人才培养提供一些方法和思考。
To effectively improve our specialty construction level of food science and engineering in the universi-ty, promote professional accreditation, the construction of food science and engineering specialty based on profes-sional accreditation was described from the five aspects, including drawing the plan of training the qualified per-sonnels, constructing the course system, managing the practice courses, building the scientific researches andsubjects, and constructing the teaching team and curricula and sohensive quality and their innovation consciousness were explored.on. The studentg practical ability and compre-It provided some methods and thoughts for theconstruction of our school food professionals and talents training.
