摘要 有色金属冶炼烟气是我国汞污染排放的主要人为来源之一。为了寻求高效的有色金属冶炼烟气汞排放控制技术,本文从有色冶炼烟气中的汞排放特点出发,介绍了有色金属冶炼烟气的汞处理方法,如冷凝法,吸附法和吸收法等。通过对当前汞处理技术的总结和分析,笔者认为利用湿法洗涤和回收相结合的方法更适合有色金属冶炼烟气汞排放控制。未来的研究重点也将是开发更加有效的吸收体系和回收方法,同时对整体工艺进行集成和优化。 Mercury emission from non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas has been one of major anthropology resources of our country. In order to develop effective mercury emission control technology for the non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas, the main mercury removal technology were reviewed, such as condensation method, adsorption method and absorption method. According to the analysis of existing mercury removal technology, it seemed to be a suitable to control the mercury emission from non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas by using absorption and reclaim technology. The future research may focus on the development of effective absorbents and reclaim technology, integration and optimization of whole system.
