脱水污泥对黑麦草生长的影响

摘要 以济南市西区污水处理厂的脱水污泥为研究对象,研究了掺加不同配比污泥的土壤对黑麦草的生物量,重金属吸收量的影响。结果表明,污泥中的有机质、氮、磷等肥效成分丰富,其Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni重金属含量明显高于背景土壤,但在园林绿化用泥标准之内。污泥能有效促进黑麦草的生长,当污泥的添加量为20%时,黑麦草的株高、干湿生物量和叶绿素含量均取得最大值,污泥添加量超过20%时抑制作用明显。黑麦草对不同重金属有不同的吸收规律。 The dewatering sludge from the wastewater treatment plant in the west of Jinan was mixed with different proportion of soil and the mixture was used substrate to plant ryegrass. The influence of the sludge on the production of ryegrass and the content of heavy metals assimilated by ryegrass was studied. The results showed that the contents of organic matter, N and P were rich in the raw sludge and contents of heavy metals such as Cr, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni were obviously higher than those in soils. The raw sludge met the quality standards of sludge used in gardens and parks. The sludge could effectively promote the growth of ryegrass. When the applied amount of sludge reached 20%, the maximal values for plant height, dry and wet biomass and chlorophyll content were obtained. If the applied amount of sludge exceeded 20%, the obvious inhibitory effect was showed. The ryegrass exhibited different rules for different heavy metals uptake.
