形貌可控ZnO的制备与表征

摘要 以硝酸锌和氢氧化钠为原料,采用水热法制备了不同形貌的Zn O。研究了水热反应时间、溶液的p H值等对材料形貌的影响。采用SEM和XRD等对其进行了表征,结果显示溶液的p H值对材料的形貌影响较大,当溶液的p H值较大时,得到棒状的Zn O;当溶液的p H值变小时,得到花瓣形的Zn O,虽然形貌不同,但所得样品的晶体构型都为纤锌矿结构,并对Zn O的形成机理进行了初步的探讨。 ZnO particles with different morphologies were prepared through hydro-thermal method with zinc nitrate and sodium hydroxide. The effects of hydro-thermal reaction time and pH value of the solution on the morphology of the samples were studied. The samples were characterized by SEM, X-ray diffraction (XRD) to detect and analyze their structures and components. It revealed that pH value of the solution had greater impact on the morphology of the samples than hydro-thermal reaction time. The morphology of the sample was rod when pH value of the solution became high, but the sample became flower when pH value of the solution became low, the crystal forms of samples were wurtzite phases although the morphologies of samples were different. Moreover, the corresponding reaction mechanisms of several products were discussed simply.
