摘要
建立了HPLC法同时测定补中益气丸中阿魏酸、橙皮苷和甘草酸的含量。采用AgilentZORBAX SBC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长:340nm;柱温:30℃。结果显示,阿魏酸的进样量在0.064—1.6μg范围内(r=0.9992)、橙皮苷的进样量在1.6—40μg范围内(r=0.9997)、甘草酸的进样量在1.6—40μg范围内(r=0.9992)线性关系良好,阿魏酸、橙皮苷和甘草酸的平均回收率分别为99.90%(RSD=2.07%,n=6)、101.25%(RSD=1.40%,n=6)和100.89%(RSD=2.20%,n=6)。该方法简便快捷,重现性好,结果准确,可用于补中益气丸的质量控制。
A method for the determination of ferulic acid, hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid in Buzhongyiqi pills was established. The separation was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX SBC18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 340 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The linear range of erulic acid, hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid was 0. 064 - 1.6 μg ( r = 0. 9992 ), 1.6 - 40μg ( r = 0. 9997 ) and 1.6 - 40 μg ( r = 0. 9992), the average recovery rates were 99.90% ( RSD = 2.07%, n = 6), 101.25% ( RSD =. 40%, n = 6) and 100. 89% (RSD = 2. 20% , n = 6), respectively. The established HPLC method is proved to be convenient, reproducible, precise and suitable for the content determination of Buzhongyiqi pills.
