Uncertainty Evaluation in the Determination of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural in Honey by HPLC

建立了高效液相色谱法测定蜂蜜中羟甲基糠醛的不确定度评定方法。分析了不确定度的主要来源,并对各个分量进行了量化,评定出本方法测定羟甲基糠醛的不确定度为1.7 mg/kg。方法准确、客观,在实际工作中有较强的实用性。

A method of uncertainty evaluation was developed for the determination of 5- Hydroxymethylfurfural （HMF） in honey by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Main factors contributing to the uncertainty were analyzed and quantified, and the uncertainty of HMF was synthesized as 1.7 mg/kg. The method is accurate and objective, and it could be applied in practice.
