化学复合混凝法预处理切削废水的研究

摘要 切削液废水是一种高浓度难降解的有机废水,需要预处理降低后续深度处理的负荷。本文采用复合混凝法对切削液废水的预处理效果以及作用机理进行研究。结果表明:影响混凝效果的主次因素为:pH值〉混凝剂投加量〉搅拌强度〉温度。混凝剂使用PAC与PAM复配时效果最好,且当PAC投加量为3g/L、PAM投加量0.2g/L、pH值为7.0—8.0、温度为室温、搅拌强度为快速250r/min、慢速50r/min时,COD去除率可高达93.8%以上。 Cutting fluid wastewater is a kind of organic wastewater with high concentration and recalcitrance, which needs to be pretreated to reduce the load of the following advanced treatment. The efficiency and mechanism of the cutting fluid water was studied by chemical coagulation process. The result showed that the order of the main influential factors were as follows: pH, the dosage of coagulant, stirring intensity, temperature. In addition, the most effective coagulant was PAC combined with PAM. When pH was 7.7, the dosage of PAC was 3 g/L, the dosage of PAM was 0. 2 g/L, with normal temperature and the stirring intensity quickly for 250 r/min and slowly for 50 r/min, the removal rate of COD was above 93.8%.
